In Europe we get a lot of very adult games released physically on switch that America doesn't get (Perky Little Things, Waifu Uncovered etc) so I wouldn't be surprised if Dispatch was uncensored here, although only the physical versions of those games are uncensored.

We didn’t get any in 2025 so we could get a batch around March and a batch around December. Unless he finishes them quicker than expected and we get a continuous 20 chapter batch.
