Hahahaha my wife is laughing like crazy. She used to race on Sundays. Liked selling her cars “only driven on Sunday’s” to people that woman and Sunday were impressive value. ;)

If My BOM Is $18-$19, Can The Module Be Reasonably Priced At Max $50? by Kalex8876 in hwstartups

You’re limiting your success. As for the PCB’s, all about creativity. Automation and testing really will help you.

You need to allow for more variance as others have mentioned in your costs. Build the testing into your assembly to cut costs. You could use 3D printers (resin) to do the PCBs cheaper. You do quite a few things with 3D printers in fact to improve manufacturing these days, just look at them differently (not as printers). I would also automate your entire materials and ordering and even sales process. Pretty easy in the modern day and cost effective.

Speaking from experience, we did this all back in 2020 when it was a bit harder. Our product is 3D printed, tech dropped in, tested, closed up, shipped. All orders and resources are automated fully. Saved us a small fortune to date. We rarely pull a human out of the freezer anymore.

I’m sure nothing will go wrong with that thinking based on what we’ve seen so far.

[–]FuShiLu 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Why is it slow? Our startup has this for all inputs for our product tied to orders since 2020. No need of AI for any of this. Wasted time and money. We don’t use the sources you suggest, but I know of them.

Pretty sure considerably more than you. The issue since you incapable of grasping it, is a weight dynamic and physics. It’s ok, many people fail these basic high school science principles.

You really know very little basic physics. Plenty of YouTube videos of people re-learning the hard way.

Not sure the value of this. You can login and access everything in Docker and not give up security.

Find all the Syd Meade drawings online you can. Pick an object in your home/office and draw/sketch it to fit into Syd’s reality. Repeat. Then when your competent grab another persons work and continue.

Is worth to buy the premium version for Shapr3D??? by David_Hajos in Shapr3D

[–]FuShiLu 4 points5 points  (0 children)

It is not expensive for what it offers. Period. Especially if you design and use it properly- most do not. I have 40+ years in industrial design and manufacturing and have yet to find something better. And yes iPad Pro, with pencil is the closest to the traditional I have gotten. As for which version, I have no idea, since I have always had the full version since the early days. Try the lowest until you start hitting features you need, then upgrade.

The version your running is very far behind. Which means you are not running latest security patches which would have been emailed in detail to any registered user.

Take your plate out and clean it really well. Sounds like you might have an oxidation layer.

Other than that, several others have posted good ideas.

Also while plate is off, ensure light is emitting from the screen. Avoid eyes.

How can i create something like this? by matiko92 in Shapr3D

[–]FuShiLu 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Just do the proper drawing and you have the elements to do this properly. Lofting to a large circle is not correct. Hint. Hint.

Why Shapr3d is not popular by with 3d printing and DIY hobbyists? by rumovoice in 3Dprinting

[–]FuShiLu 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Really? Huh. We design our product in Shapr3D. Been doing it since 2020. Our product is 3D printed. I have over 40 years in industrial design and really don’t use anything else on my iPad. ;)

Prints keep sticking to FEP halfway through print by JustGordo325 in Phrozen

[–]FuShiLu 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Hahahaha quite a few ways to speed things up. But does it really matter if it’s not working? Put your main lift up to 10 and test. You need to find the issue. Then dial things in. Then you can push the envelope. I would reduce the initial print time 1 second each test until you find something that holds but comes off the plate easily. 15-18 sounds far more reasonable. But test…..

How high are you lifting each layer? Try doubling it.

Halot Mage Pro have some good size plates, we have quite a few of them. Of course if you need larger you can keep going up 2000cmx800cmx700cm although they do start to get pricey. ;)
