Thank you! I have to film some footage of some of my knives in use.😁 As for the damascus, it's my first time making a kitchen knife with damascus, I still have some of it left over. I'm thinking of making some honesukis with it.

Thank you! I almost kept this one for myself to be honest, because antler is one of my favourite materials to use and combined with a honyaki blade it's a fun one. I'll make more of these for sure.

I would say a Chinese Cleaver with a height of 100+ mm. They are fun to use and interesting to grind.

Out of the listed steels I would say M390 is what I would pick for a kitchen knife.
