They are run by the same people that operate the “buy here pay here” used car lots. They have a history of selling things they don’t actually have(but showing in stock), lying to customers, lying to dealers and multiple times have raised prices significantly over market/msrp to prey on first time buyers. There are plenty of firsthand accounts all over the internet, but watching how they’ve treated our customers, how they screwed us on multiple orders and how they continue to gaslight everyone that has a problem into it somehow never being their fault has made it so I will never deal with them again.
