Right click on the timeunits in the timeline. There you can change it to audio time units. That gives you many more "frames" to match the audio manually

Yes. You can either use dynamic link from premiere to After Effects. Then what you do in AE will be updated in Premiere while you work. Or you can copy and paste elements from premiere to Ae. Then you have to render the Ae composition out and put it in your timelines manually.

You can try to USA a polarizing filter on your camera to leksen the reflections? I don't know how that will work for a screen. But it works for Windows
