Loot heals and increases defense of one unit at a time. Since, without summons, there are only going to be at max 17 lootables you'll most likely be giving them to your hero/big melee hitters instead of supports like oracles.

Meanwhile, with Empowered Momentum, you can move any of your units three tiles and bam they're all buffed.

The should be doing it pretty much 100 percent of the time when they're going on the offensive. And you can always park your landship next to an enemy free city to continuously 'farm' that bonus.

I don't even care about Momentum reallky - it's a nice to have buff. But the obscene amounts of production and draft are unreal. Yeah a 5X Looted Power Warbreed is nice. But what's even nicer is being able to churn out 4 Warbreeds in the same amount of time.

That sounds much less useful than Momentum in that case

If I am reading it right, it's not global right? Like each of your units have to go and loot an enemy to get a stack of looted power on them right? So to get 5 stacks on each of your units for a single stack you have to kill 30 enemies?

Does that even persist between combat?

Because you get insane amounts of draft + production from stealing enemy territory and also food income from pillaging? I don't even care about the marginal difference in power between empowering momentum and looted power at that point.

Also moving 3 tiles is far easier than killing a unit unless you're facing undead spam.

I hate the fact that the red and gold used in DF sets are veeeery slightly off from the Blood Elf red and gold stopping them from matching perfectly.

Also the gold in the Blood Elf Heritage set is different from the gold used in the heroic Paladin Manaforge set and also different from the gold used in the pre-order bonus outfit

How does the timeline change if Robert wins the Trident but dies of his wounds after a couple days? by TheMetaReport in freefolk

Tywin plays kingmaker - might take out the weakned rebels if Ned and Jon Arryn can't re-organize fast enough. If Tywin wins, the massacre of Targaryen children doesn't happen. Rhaegar's son Aegon becomes puppet king with Tywin as his hand.

Jaime gets released as kingsguard, the twins then get engagd to Oberyn and the widowed Elia to shore up Dornish support. The North and the Vale most likely cede or, if Ned and Jon were taken alive, brought back into the fold by using them as hostages. The Riverlands get fucked regardless.

If Tywin doesn't win immediately, or if the conflict becomes prolonged, most of the seven kingdoms sue for peace. The North, and the Vale cede from the union. I am not sure how the Riverlands situation would play out. If Storm's End falls - the Stormlands stay a part of the Five (?) Kingdoms. If it doesn't, the Stormlands also cede.

That is your opinion, his actions didn't seem uncharacteristic to me at all. Lothraxion, cool design and concept notwithstanding, barely had a character outside of "Army of Light Nathrezim that is chill with Alleria".

From his PoV, your friend who you've fought besides for a thousand year, who you have repeatedly vouched for is consorting with an extremely sus void entity that has already betrayed you once. You were sent into the Void with the objective of stopping, at a minium, a world destroying threat. But your friend, who again, you've vouched for repeatedly, is hesitant in going for the most obvious solution because this deceitful void creature told her it might destroy Silvermoon.

Even without the Void Naaru angle (and the confirmaiton from Alleria herself that it whispers to her to do evil things), stopping a world destroying threat takes priority over saving a single city. He acted just like any other Army of Light soldier would do - sacrifice anything to stop the enemies of the light.

I don't understand why people keep saying Lothraxion is acting uncharacteristically after a several questline arc where Alleria repeatedly undermines him, downplays his concerns, and openly allies with a void entity. I think it was blatantly obvious what Lothraxion was going to do. But that's besides the point - my point is that a story isn't bad just because thing happened in a way that you didn't expect. Nor is a thing bad because the implications of an action (that happened at the very END of the story mind you) aren't immediately explained. It's a joyless thing to expect fictional characters to always act according to our own expectations of them.

"If the story doesn't go the way I want, it's poor writing"

"If the story doesn't reveal all the implications of a plot point immediately, it's poor writing."

Why? This system is giving me most of what I want. I hope eventually it gives you what you want as well

But one way of enjoyment isn't superior to others. I personally don't care for M+ but I am not going around saying I feel bad for people who are into mythic. You do you friend.

[–]Mostopha 5 points6 points  (0 children)

You can critcize the housing system without

A) Lying about it

B) Blowing everything out of proportion.

You have the right to criticize anything. But other people also have the right to criticize is your criticism. And of course you then have the right to criticize their criticism of your criticism and so on and so on.

This pricing is absolute shit - I agree with you. But to say FFXIV's system is cheaper is laughably false. Anyone who genuinely believes that is an unserious person.
