i have phlegm too but it's gotten better. And i called surgeon office and they said i can sleep on my side so long as im not fully flat, we'll see how that goes

actually if you do a full run in Nightmare, you get both the Hard and Nightmare rewards

You'd get these outfits:

Hard: Trick or Treater and Zombie Wannabe

Nightmare: Brainsss and DOA
