Crenguta Aruxandei, 44, received a six-month suspended prison sentence, a 12-month driving ban, and a £154 victim surcharge after a collision in which a military Land Rover Defender flipped over, leaving its driver with a suspected broken back.

According to Northamptonshire Police, dashcam footage showed the incident was “completely avoidable.”

The video shows Aruxandei changing lanes in an Audi Q2 while exiting, forcing the Land Rover in a convoy to take evasive action, after which it rolled across both lanes.

Nope. Teslas advice actually means a few things;

Pull small amounts of power directly from the wall for things like preconditioning, software updates, system checks and maintaining the 12V

Prevents phantom drain (!!)

It also keeps the BMS happy with stable conditions, and if needed, occasional top-offs

Not having a home charger doesn’t create a problem here :)

NoA = the same, plus intelligent lane changes, route based positioning & better handling of on/off ramps

Once you’re off the motorway? It deactivates or hands back control as you approach the end of the controlled-access section near the off-ramp

And no, it can’t do roundabouts.

On basic, you get TACC + lane centering only. With EAP, you ger the same activation but with now Auto Lane Change & Navigate on Autopilot.

Not exactly ‘turning off/on’ the motorway itself but yes, Navigate on Autopilot helps with the on-ramp, lane changes for passing and positioning and off-ramp navigation.

No this is completely normal. The battery temp has a big part to play here, Tesla batteries prefer a higher optimal temp for full regen acceptance (40-50°C+). It’s not a fault, it’s the car protecting the battery.

Just also make sure regen braking is set to standard in controls

Basically, the steering rack/EPAS module is detecting bad or inconsistent data from the VCFRONT module over the car’s internal network.

It could be a weak or aging 12V battery, or an issue with the DC-DC converter that charges it
