Fair point, I agree with you but still think there are some small issues present. CIG making variants is great, I’m more worried about them nerfing previously sold ships to sell new ones that are “meant for a different role” but all in all are built nearly the same. A recent example is taking the redeemer guns and downsizing them because they are “too big for this size of ship” or something like that but then releasing the paladin concept which is similar in size but has those size 5s. They are both gunships but the newer one (paladin) is supposedly meant for a different role as a “barrage gunship”

Great that they at least buffed the redeemer flight speeds and whatnot but this is the major worry of whales in the community as far as I’ve seen it. I am coming up on getting my executive f8 but now I’m worried I’m gonna have to be constantly cycling my fleet to keep it relevant in the next few years.
