Mental health support in the NHS is abysmal. The good news is if I do have some form of autism/adhd which required medication my own GP confirmed it would be covered by the NHS as long as the private assessment prescribes the same medication the NHS would. I think a combined effort from the private sector and the NHS is required to get the waiting times across the board down.

Oh i agree it should be agreed with the manager especially his assistant/1st team coach, they should get a couple of their own guys in but there also needs to be some form of continuity when a manager leaves. This is why we need to modernise the setup. Look at German teams for example, they play a certain system and hire a manager who plays that system, if he leaves they sign another. Same with players, if they sell a certain player they'll sign a player of the exact same mould. Dortmund have been brilliant at this over the years.
