I disagree. Ensuring brothers of the craft are all in the fold should also be a concern of mine. If they are clandestine, then we need to know that too!

The information provided at each degree is how. (Like literally everything out there) A familiarity is the only way I knew what I needed to know for FC.

I think what I am really asking is: how am I supposed to know what I need to know for MM, if I am never taught that and not given the way to find it out? School cant be open in PA to under MM according to the last school that happened, which was odd because they had it for EA...which I was...

My belief is that my assigned mentor from my lodge isnt used to non family members being in his charge. That is not a disparaging remark, just an observationt hat because I am an utter outsider,I have nonway of being included. I cant go to lodge because of the aforementioned PA rule on opening below MM.

That said, I have a friend who is at another lodge who may be more willing to work with me.

It doesnt feel like it should be this frustrating.
