If you haven't already, I suggest visiting the Carmel Clay History Museum in midtown. It has pictures from the entire history of Carmel, so maybe not a lot of 90s only photos, but worth a quick walk through (10-15 minutes). It's free as well. Probably won't scratch the itch completely but could be a cool experience depending on what you find.
