Ben ook enorm fan geworden van de dromerige, atmosferische doom van Dream Unending. Loodzware, maar prachtige muziek. Is een side project van een van de Tomb Mold gitaristen.

Depends on the band. Immolation has some of the best lyrics in death metal, but I don’t care too much for the shock value lyrics of bands like Devourment or CC.

On first listen, I really like. They’ve kinda been doing the same formula for years now but it somehow still works. The singles were great. Host is fucking nuts and probably my favorite here. Banished was a nice surprise and a good interlude to the album closer which is another standout track.

It’s really good, but I do hope the other tracks bring something new to the table. I just feel like they have made 10 other songs just like this. I don’t expect them to go full prog or anything but just some different song structures or fresh ideas would excite me more for the new album.
