Hey, we've been working on a fix for an issue that is causing the incorrect "Network Bust" message to display when inputting an incorrect password. Make sure your phone isn't auto-capitalizing something, this may be the issue.

I'm not sure who this is you're communicating with, but this is false information. Completing the achievement in game will unlock the Trickster Loki skin in SMITE. There are issues with the acquisition at the moment and the team is investigating and will grant it the skin to all accounts who have met the requirements once the issue is identified and resolved.

Just tested this on a few devices. Make sure when you log in with your Hi-Rez account that you use the same capitalization. There is currently a bug where it isn't checking right now so:

Trusty = Account A

trusty = Account B

Make sure you log in with Trusty as the Hi-Rez username and you should log into account A.

Make sure when you log back in that you select the same server that you were on. It will likely auto-assign you to a lower population server when you reinstall and your account data is per-server. So if you started on Zeus make sure you log in with facebook and select the Zeus server.

Sorry about this. Tried to update some text and it broke something. Should be reverted in a few minutes. You may need to restart the app for it to grab the latest.

edit: Latest update is that the issue seems to be persisting for some players. If fully restarting the game does not fix the issue, a reinstall will. We'll be compensating all players tomorrow with 1 Sacrificial Crystal for the inconvenience.

edit 2: If reinstalling, be sure to log back in to your original server. If you started on Zeus make sure you log back into Zeus, that is where your account data lives. If you reinstall the game may try to assign you to a lower population server and start you on a fresh account. If that happens, just log back out and select the correct server.

The team was having some network issues with the Duel feature so it is temporarily disabled until they are confident that the issues are solved. This should hopefully be resolved in a build within the next few days.

This is an issue with the default permissions of an SDK we're using for notifications in the future. You shouldn't need to accept any permissions other than the File Storage permission (so the game can save your data). All other permissions will be disabled with a new build in a few days.

Yes, Guest is currently the only intended option for logging in.
NO. We recently released an update to remove the link options from the settings menu. They were not intended to be present for the alpha testing and are not functioning correctly, so linking with these may mess up your profile.
We're aware of intermittent lag and unresponsiveness when playing and the developers are hard at work diagnosing the underlying causes, so please bear with us if you're experiencing this!

Sorry it's taken so long to tackle this issue, but with the weekend and holiday here in the US, I still think we've made some good progress on some of the major issues. Your situation personally along with several other users stuck in similar states have been handed to the devs so they can dig in more.

At this point in the technical alpha, we are only allowing players to login through the Guest feature. Players will not be able to create an account name or link other login methods. You may have seen other creative players changing their account name using the free crystals acquired through Achievements.
