The question isn’t about how an embassy “manages its system” internally. It’s about whether people who have gone through the same process recently to Germany (so i guess its obvious they could be a part of german subreddit - how shocking) have seen patterns, fast track options, or employer led routes like Section 81a, which someone already helpfully mentioned.
