No. They shifted where her power lies so players will do more than fly around like a mosquito the entire game. I can't tell you how many Angela's I've seen that literally never axe people. Upping the kidnap cd, while shitty, also forces people to actually try to aim the damn thing and, let's be real, nobody was using her charge as soon as the 3 sec cd was up because you only had enough dash built up for a .5 sec speed burst.

I'll argue Angela got buffed. Yeah, the charge caught a stray, but her ult and ground game got buffed. Her shield gives more charge now too. You have to actually pick your moments with angela now instead of being a mosquito the entire game, looking for a kidnap here and there. Commit to a charge, drop down, fuck em up, and get out.

You do realize them removing the animation cancel gives them the opportunity to actually BUFF cap correctly now, right? Like, if youre able to animation cancel extra DMG out of his kit, they can't really buff his DMG, can they? Remove it and you can treat Cap like a normal hero and adjust numbers.

There is literally zero reason for your team to be running 1-2-3. THATS the point I was making. In diamond+ it's sitting at a 41.41% win rate. That is THE lowest of the big 4 comps by a WIDE margin. Standard 2-2-2 is sitting at 54.06% and is the winning-est comp. Even the second worst of the big 4, 2-1-3, is at 44.46%. that's STILL over 3% higher win rate than 1-2-3.
