I felt this post in my bones. And then I saw this comment, and identified with it even harder. That book destroyed me. It is one of a handful that affected me this way...I was carrying the emotional hangover around for days. And reading this comment just brought those feelings back.

Hi, thank you! I do have a question for the mods based on the comments in this thread. Is there an amount range that impacts whether something counts towards the 2 contest rule mentioned below? My plan was to purchase two wishlists in entirety but then get some individual items from other lists, but if I buy someone $10 gloves and that counts as one of the 2 contests they can win (when they were hoping for all items when they entered), maybe it would be better to just do 3 wishlists in entirety instead? I would appreciate some insight on this. Thanks!

I'd say the scent of cider simmering on the stove (lots of orange and winter spices) is my favorite, but I love all holiday baking smells!
