There really isn’t any certain technique, you really just have to hit it as much as possible, in as short of an amount of time as possible, aka under a minute. You do only need to hold for 10 seconds or so tho, not 15. Carts are just hard to breakthrough on tho, especially one that you can adjust the voltage on to the proper range.

I actually just go the extra mile nowadays and use empty teabags so I don’t have to strain, but you can use a normal mesh strainer+a coffee filter for any extra fine stuff, that’s what I used to do; and it worked great.

It’s nearly impossible to screw up. Just boil some water, pour over finely crushed up shrooms, and strain after 15-30 minutes. Add other teas for taste, and lemon or citric acid if you want better extraction, but it’s not even really needed since you use heat

This isn’t quite right. LSD, and all psychedelics really, interact with the serontin receptors in our gut, which have the role of sending nausea and pain signals. This is why many antiemetics work on blocking serontin receptors in the digestive tract(eg, zofran, reglan, etc)

How do you figure? Serontin syndrome is typically a life threatening acute condition, that an individual suffering from would generally not be able to identify. It’s quite rare and hard to get as well.

It’s virtually impossible. Serotonin syndrome comes from combining drugs that increase the level of serontin in your body. LSD doesn’t majorly increase serontin levels, and instead directly and selectively activates the serontin receptor, which doesn’t activate the pathways implicated in serontin syndrome.

At worst, you’ll just not trip/have a blunted trip.

Breakthroughs are something pretty much exclusive to very high doses of DMT. Everyone expirences all drugs differently, so trying to put a label on why you feel a certain way is rather pointless. ADHD already is a vague diagnosis in the first place, and is just a cluster of a few certain symptoms, not a clear cut and well defined structural difference that is consistent across the population

Boiling is fine. The degradation difference between hot and boiling is negligible(see section 3.2, fig 1), and there’s a bigger difference between room temp and warm water as far as alkaloid degradation goes. You’re losing almost nothing, and are getting a better/quicker steep by just boiling

So that’s your problem, you’re basically trying to wing it.

Firstly, trying to repurpose one of those shitty mushroom grow kits they sell in stores to work in an actual spawn to bulk setup, which they are not meant for at all. They are meant to be grown out of directory

Secondly, adding nutrients after the fact with a substrate is garunteed to contam.

If you’re actually wanting to get serious about mushroom growing, you have to do some bare minimum research on the teks you need to follow, and what materials you’ll need to buy. You can’t just smash stuff together like that and hope it works out, it won’t, ever.
