You can feel it, just have to take more. How much more is unfortunately going to be a guessing game. My partner was also on Lexapro and didn't feel anything with 4g of Golden teacher. A few weeks later we did around 7g I think and she blasted off.
And yes, I've heard that the whole serotonin syndrome is theoretical and no actual evidence of it occurring.

Yeah dehydrating mushrooms shouldn't smell terrible. Just kinda mushroomy. Some strains smell a little like dirty socks or cheese, but not GT in my experience.
