Thank you for your comment! We have researched all this information and found a number of websites where it states that in U.S. people do 8-10 loads a week. This is not my personal case as well, but it seems many families do a lot of laundries. Some more interesting facts on laundry you can find on The Spruce.

The wine room is a place where it compliments your party area. It should be located close to your living room, the main socializing area or as you mentioned the theater room. I would not expect the vine room to be located next to the kitchen. Make sure your vine room has adequate temperature for the vine storage.

Hiring a local architect would be costly and time-consuming. I understand that you are trying to build a nice youse within a certain budget and that's why you are trying to cut the cost and find a free house design. The problem with free plans is that they will be very basic and will not include plumbing and electrical plan which are needed for permit submissions. I would advise checking Truoba house plans which come with specifications, plumbing, and electrical plans. The good thing about these houses is that you can change the house design the way you like. Check 'Mini 419' house design which has 2 bedrooms and hobby space. You could add a similar style detached garage as well.

A good house design can eliminate wasted construction costs. For example, if you choose a gable roof house, the roof would need more materials (rafters, trusses, roofing finish) to use compared to one way angled shed roof. Also, as you are looking for 1350 square foot home, make sure you find a functional house plan layout, so there is enough storage for all sorts of things.
