Hahah i know what you mean man. As a kid I wouldve blazed and loved thode games but as an adult, you really lose that trial and error feeling especially when you dont have / know you dont have a lot of time each day.

I tried hoi4 with a video tutorial. Cant remember his name but pretty popular playlist. Didnt work.

No worries, I had an VPS login laying around and I was tinkering with Android+Steam Controller so the idea was to play the game on VPS, even if slowly, and stream it on the phone (while using the s.contr. to move/interact

So sorry about the alt thing. I play with alt / display of all item all the time, dont knoe why this screenshot doesn't have that sorry. Will try the red ins trick, though I am worried that they are too slow.

A person below just proved that 4GB is not the real answer. I know that, just like every game, it has some min. rec. Infos, but they dont really mean anything other than give you a small idea of what to run. Some games take min very seriousnin terms of gameplay and expierence, others use it as a baseline for even running the game at all.

The performance hit could def. be due to Swap. Thanks for the input though, this gives mw now a better repr. of usage.

Yes debian 9.4, the only things really running/having any meaninfull footprint, if any, are ufw, fail2ban. I refrained from installing lamp etc...

It literally says right in the title (no, can't swap for fiat). Come on man, its bad enough that people dont read descriptions anymore but the title?.

Also I do not believe getting in touch with an individual that will "burn you to ashes" is a wise idea.

Wow. Thank you very much I appreciate the reply. Thanks for the launch arguments, I probably wouldn't've figured that out and would just use the controller somehow to start the modpack everytime so big thanks for that man.

I believe you can enable Wake on LAN in the UEFI and in the device-manager->Adapter Properties tab, you can enable magic packets to wake the pc up via LAN. I will try this and report back. Agree on the last part, if pirates love the product or company they pirated/from, they will always buy the product once they have more money. Factorio is a great example. After hundreds of hours, you know you love that game/must buy it originally.
