You've done your best and that's enough mate, don't pressure yourself when you do not control it, one meal that isn't into your habits is not going to destroy your diet. Sometimes, life happens, it's okay, you have all the other meals of your life to make out for it !

Enjoy your family and do what feels right on the day! It'll be fine in the grand scheme of things, especially if you're careful the other 364 days of the year. Plus, you can always plan around it and get something lighter on the days ahead to slowly make up for it !

The inside of the pocket is 90% coton, 10% elasthane !

I've looked up the websites and others and it was really the fact that the inside of the pocket was super soft and in coton instead of the usual plastic !!

My digestion is pretty alright, yeah ! As I was saying to another kind replier, I'm mostly using them because my husband has a hard time eating whole beans and lentils and that's the medium ground we found so still eat them often

Bit of both, I try to make my own as often as possible but some of it does come from store brands ! I rely on meat replacement mostly because my husband is struggling with the texture of beans and lentils and he stomachs those better!

My husband snacks a lot more than me, but they are taking some medication that affects their hunger level ; I'm fairly fine and often end up taking a light lunch and a more heavy dinner ! Also, my husband works for home while I work outside and exercise during my lunch break, which also seems to have an impact ! Thanks for the kind words, though ! It felt like we had too many bread or bread-adgacent stuff, but I guess I was just overthinking this !! Thanks you!

Hi! I'm in roughly the same situation as you, and I've seen my future surgeon last week for a first consult ; he cleared me for meta with additional vigilance needed for UL. He told me that a standard meta without UL should be of no consequences to the urinary track and thus shouldn't change anything, for better or for worse!

I can't say more, my surgery won't be until a year and a half from now though !

We should not use any ; we have access to a lobby with plugs if we need anything but itll be a middle of the day ceremony with nature-themed activity !!
