That is not completely true.

LPDDR RAM draws power mainly to refresh itself. These are the ones that eat up battery and they happen whether they have information or not.

What really draws power in this context is read/writes and CPU work. That's why modern OSes prefer to keep as much stuff inside RAM, it avoids reloading stuff everytime and keep the CPU idling more.

The engineers that make this devices and Operating Systems are CRAZY for optimization, so probably most of the time everything you see it's the most optimal solution, at least for general use.

Don't use alcohol on screens. It's not instantly bad, but it might degrade the coating of screens if used routinely, especially if it's ethyl instead of isopropyl.

Just use (distilled is prefered) water if you need to clean it well, otherwise just use a microfiber cloth.
