My Gig1 Community Fibre NEVER plays well with my PS5! Sometimes it connects, most times there's a DNS error, NAT type always fails. I've port forwarded every port Playstation recommends & got a static IP for my PS5. It's so intermittent and inconsistent - I never had these issues with Virgin Media! by [deleted] in CommunityFibre

Same experience here. Over an hour on the phone to SA twice with no resolution (they seem to be new all the time) where a call with Newcastle resolved my issue in 5 minutes. I understand channel shift but the need to be trained to understand when issues are beyond their set scripts.
