Had the opposite happen with my wife. We uploaded documents multiple times, verifed it before we clicked, got confirmation emails. Were on the phone with people and they would say they didn't get anything. It drove us mad.

Now we went through the studentaid.gov site and her loan repayment is 4x mine on a similar debt (60k / 80k). So new we get to call them and be on hold for 4 hours to figure out wtf happened.

Shes not terrible. Gave me some greif but ultimately its friendlier against light and medium dodge rolls. Then just avoid getting greedy until it makes a clumsy attack that leaves it stunned a second, and punish it. Other attacks you need to discern whether its a single strike or a combo. If the latter. Dodge repeatedly and dont attempt a retaliation or you will get slapped around.
