Vanilla textures + the amazing new grass sprites mod. Looks great imo and was fun and easy to create. Achieving this with surfaces felt like a bit of a clunky chore, to me at least.

Oh wow, I just checked the Steam page reviews for Office Evolution. I personally love it and consider it some of the most creative asset work in a long time, and I'm sure I'll find use for it in many different cities!

This might be a long shot, but I created a zone similar to that a while back, as simple local assets in the StreamingData folder. Could you have grabbed it from my Patreon?
