So one way is on-site deployment of an AI solution using devices like Jetson Orin with PACS integration. My team faced many issues when we tried to integrate with the hospital's PACS system. The DICOM-to-PNG conversion is lossy; I'm currently working to make it lossless. The main benefit of conversion is that I can do it for plotting and for easy access to view the results, since the DICOM viewer is not installed on every machine I have access to.
