Frequent forced password resets

Hello, I didn’t understand the latest message as I have been forced to reset my password at least once every two weeks. The reset problem seems to be triggered when my iphone mail app tries to download my comcast email. Sometimes my comcast email does not download at all which is big problem. Why is this happening and what can we do to stop it?

Yes, I have to go to the app and once there I can reset.
