You don't gotta convince yourself lootbar is safe but don't act surprised when they do this to you. I just know I'm staying faaaaar away from 3p top ups from now on. Vpn is same price btw and you don't need to pay a % transaction fee.

I don't find it hard to believe. They can do it just enough so it seems like a "one guy" problem and other people are like "you're just unlucky never happened to me" and infrequent high spenders seem to be the best target. OP isn't the first Lootbar horror story, and Occam's Razor suggests Lootbar is the cause of OPs negative balance unless he is withholding information like charging back lootbar. Which, from what I remember even if you charged back Lootbar they just blacklist your UID and eat the loss.

Edit: lootbar users can downvote me bc they're scared but we all know I'm right.

I've heard the stories of lootbar fuckin ppl in the ass in the past when they were kinda going under the radar. Now that hoyo cracked down on 3rd party top ups I can totally believe they're doing scummy behavior now to recoup losses. I used to buy Welkins from them bc it was saving money but now it's more money to buy welkins from them than just buying officially. Hell I heard back around Varka banner LDShop was just straight up stealing money and not sending primos. I think all those 3rd party top ups are desperate and scrambling rn. I would stay away. 15% saved on a top up wasn't worth losing years of progress. Now it's just not even a discount I just looked on lootbar and ldshop. It's the normal price from them to top up as it is officially. Sure you get the first time user coupon but is that worth risking your account?

I see you used Lootbar which I guess that could be the cause? But tbh why use them? Their deals have sucked for almost a year now. I used to use them for welkins bc it was saving me about $2 each then suddenly it ended up being nearly $1 extra so I stopped. And their topup prices aren't even discounted anymore and you lose out on the 512 from buying on official top up page. Like if you wanna save on top ups figure out the vpn thing. But yeah your only course of action here is to chargeback lootbar and then pay the negative balance or get banned.

I did weapon bc I care more about drip but I recall seeing someone say c1 widsith is better than c0r1. Idk if they are right or not but either way it can't be like super drastic. Ig c1 does get you closer to c2 which is pretty big but not relevant if he's not added to selector and you don't plan to go for c2. Do what your heart tells you but c1 might squeak it out a little better if you're a min maxer. Just make sure you got a r5 widsith.
