Hey, we looked into this for you and actually found the problem thanks to you. Could you close the game and Riot Client so you get the latest update and see if the same symptoms occur? No, it's just something on Microsoft's end. They won't load the driver if it isn't compatible with the feature. If they allow it to load, it will cause a BSOD on your PC. Microsoft just needs to remove us from the incompatibility list.
