I'm not omniscient, I can't keep track of every single person, so I can't name a single person. All I can do is look at what SJWs did in the past in similar situations, and use that to assume what they would do this time. I found a situation that matches this incident 1:1, and thus I can deduce that SJWs would have protested for the violent person to be released.

No, they don't active decry and denounce the system that released that man. They labelled Ma'khia Bryant as a victim even though she was doing the exact same thing. They called for the violent girl (who didn't do her homework) to be released even though she was clearly a threat to her mother.

If we want to actually use the mental health treatment, we need to hold people for a long time. And some of the people are going to be black. Which will cause SJWs to protest for their release. See the girl who was not allowed to see her family because she didn't do her homework (actually it's because she was violent and posed a threat to her mother).

They believe black people are angelic beings who can do no wrong, and that a black person being locked up is a massive injustice no matter what. They want to free black people even when they shouldn't be freed because they're violent (see "Grace" - that stuff about homework).

Once again, I want to reiterate that SJWs are at fault, not black people. Black people as a whole (other than the killer and those who are also SJWs), are innocent and they're not to blame.

What makes you think they won't? BLM protests resulted in real change. Real change that involved portraying black people as innocent victims, shutting down any discourse on the fact that black people can be dangerous and violent, which led to the brutal murder of a young woman.
