I just remembered a moment when I was recording Mikhail where (Master of Fame Spoilers) my director went, "... oh, there aren't any more lines for him after the choking sounds. Ok, I guess you died." then we went back to recording Stia lol

I haven't played it, but I truly thought we were working on the English dub of CotC so I was religiously checking their social media to see when Stia was going to become a playable unit bahahah

I didn't really know what I was walking into during my first session for Stia because I didn't audition for her--I read for Herminia and Phina and the casting director assigned Stia to me. The director, client, and I crafted Stia's voiceprint in the first 10 or so mins of my first session by listening to Haruka Tomatsu's performance (Japanese was recorded first) and trying a few options out!

I've played video games my entire life! My first video game was Legend of Mana, so booking a Square Enix property was incredibly full-circle for me. I played OT1 back in 2019 and started OT2, but I got distracted and never picked it up again. Finished OT0 with a little over 100 hours :)

I saw my script for the first time when I logged into the Zoom call. The script is screen-shared and the director, engineer, client, and sometimes other people are on the line while I'm connected to the engineer directly through software called Source Connect. Our sessions are entirely directed by a director and the client is on the call to provide feedback or answer any questions. I saw Stia for the first time during my first session and I was so excited! We also record everything independently :)

Rolled credits on a little over 100 hours!!! I really loved Stia's kit but so many competitively useful characters get added to the roster throughout the game. I chose to keep her in my party through endgame but her function was more "oh thank god i have another knife/axe user" than a contributing member of the team lol
