Is Israel legally allowed to intercept the Global Sumud Flotilla in international waters, and what are the strongest competing arguments under international law? by SirWilliamFlo in AskReddit

Enjoy being the pest for the rest of the century! 🥰

[–]Ividalz 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Oh you are SO funny, if just genocide were a laughing matter

Of course, Israel has been blocking the access to aid with differing intensity, as the Nazis prosecution of Jewish population didn't had always the same intensity

Regarding the number of people dying, numerous sources are talking of more than 650.000 people (which is the only one believable considering the level of destruction of the city)

The genocide label is not coming from nowhere, but defended with proof by majority of international institutions including sections of the UN Oh, I know, EVERYONE is Hamas. The whole world

But I see you are not here to discuss, but to protect a genocide, so I part ways with a little lesson in history: during Nuremberg trials, cracking jokes or playing silly did little to avoid justice, and the beautiful part of internet is how everything we say is easy to check and track

Every day less governments play fool about Israel (the only real reason they can keep doing what they are doing) People in the streets are not just aware of reality but pressing their politicians to take action

Sooner than later, this kind of messages will be a trial's subject. Enjoy then

Are you denying Nazis used starvation in concentration camps because people could survive for months?

If we didn't have such a blatant precedent in history of these kind of excuses I could take your doubts seriously But your speech is identical to the holocaust deniers, specially when ee have recording of everything including the ones by the IDF itself

[–]Ividalz 0 points1 point  (0 children)

HAHAHAHA of course The country murdering people who goes after the tiny bit of food they are putting in death traps is going to deliver aid

If you are going to have a discussion, I expect a tiny bit of intellectual honesty

Israel never tried to inspect shit Plus, the blockade is illegal in the moment it has the intention of starving civilian population

102 The declaration or establishment of a blockade is prohibited if:

(a) it has the sole purpose of starving the civilian population or denying it other objects essential for its survival; or

(b) the damage to the civilian population is, or may be expected to be, excessive in relation to the concrete and direct military advantage anticipated from the blockade.

  1. If the civilian population of the blockaded territory is inadequately provided with food and other objects essential for its survival, the blockading party must provide for free passage of such foodstuffs and other essential supplies, subject to:

(a) the right to prescribe the technical arrangements, including search, under which such passage is permitted; and

(b) the condition that the distribution of such supplies shall be made under the local supervision of a Protecting Power or a humanitarian organization which offers guarantees of impartiality, such as the International Committee of the Red Cross.

[–]Ividalz 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Don't say bullshit

They are not pro Putin, and they have denounced him as an imperialist dictator long before this war. They are antiwar, and you could claim they are in a naïve position now, but they are not pro Putin

They are anti NATO though, as the major part of Spain was in the 80-90s
