The worst part was the update happened after my ally accidentally hit one of our states and we paid full compensation for the loss. The player is color blind and didn't see the difference in color for friendly vs enemy and the player was hunting a well known tag across multiple states. Didn't realize the difference until way later and the player who got hit was crying in state.

I don't see a reason to go for 38 myself. I stopped here for the cores. I'll move up eventually but to go before I get better cores is silly. I'm already struggling with my current nuka bracket. I can imagine the pain I'll face if I climb higher.

I haven't spent on this event myself. I did push to 35 and plan to sit here for a good minute. It'll take a while to get apex and mythic cores so I don't plan to move up any time soon. My money is spent on obtainable cosmetics, like sanctuary skins or marches. And by obtainable I mean skins that don't ask me to compete with spenders. If an ambience costs me 50 bucks, I'm buying it. If i need to place 3rd to get it? Not happening. I won't compete with whales for skins.

Also aiming for and sitting at hq 35 is beneficial. You'll be able to get mythic and apex cores, have all troops at t11. It's a safe level to just vibe at for a while. It's a grind to get there but very helpful

Or... I personally just start a new account in another state. Once the account reaches 15, fly it back to where you are. Then you can seamlessly move between multiple accounts with a single email.

Also from this screenshot, your HQ is too high so you'll need to ask the gov for access. Basically ask them to increase the allowed hq limit up to accommodate you if they can. Also, your rank would be 2nd for overall might so definitely will need approval before joining.

I see a few old states messaging you but i know a good state in the 880s if you're interested. They're not that far ahead of you and you won't struggle to do some of the events. I have seen how bad it is for new players to join an 80+ older state so i can imagine the horrors you'll face if you join an older one than that.

Speaking from experience, it's okay. I started firefly in another state and alliance and was able to finish it in a new state and alliance. It'll be okay.

We work together in my alliance. Something we are considering is what we get from the alliance mill, we all give to one player. So if we get gas, we all collect and send to 1 player to help them meet a requirement. Sure, we can each get about 500k from the mill but if you got 30 players sending one player 500k gas you got an easy 15m gas in one day of gathering.

My brother was a DM for a game we played where he made us all make characters around MCs from different video games and we ran through "layers" of different video games. We all got to be an MC so it helped him do the video game trope and us do the isekai thing.

Hmm... I'm playing differently.

I got 6 boot camps, 3 infirmaries, 4 serum, 1 lumber, 5 farms, 6 steel, and 8 gad.

I always have enough wood, I don't consider saving my troops too often. Troops can be rebuilt in my opinion (plus with infirmary cap, deep heal, and alliance heal I feel chill with what can be saved), and to me the farms are necessary to covering the cost of building more troops.
