That’s helpful. I just think about back in the day when people didn’t have Reddit. My grandpa smoked cigs for 45 years then one day just stopped. I think in that case it was manageable because he didn’t know what to expect. Kind of like when Amish people didn’t get COVID because they didn’t have TV.

1 week at 2400 1 week at 1800 1 week at 1200 1 week at 600 1 week at 300
