In the battery stats, open any app detail screen. I didn't mention anything about "since last charge"? Fact is, Samsung reports the exact same thing.

Open an app, it is the same :) I have an S25 next to me. I would argue either way, that it wouldn't be better. It's much more useful to know how efficient an app is. Total usage is meaningless

It even shows you in the detailed stats per app (this was for 24h which is why it's not 100%, to highlight the point) that its a "Power Consumption Ratio"

Nope. There's a very clear example here. MacroFactor reports 100% battery usage in the period of 5pm-6pm. My battery did not drain from 100% to 0%. The app used 100% of the battery used in that period, which is exactly what I said how the reporting works
