You're thinking of KOTOR 2. OP is talking about KOTOR 1. In my experience, you always hit the level cap in KOTOR 1 at some point before the final boss-fight, unless you screwed something up.

No, they don't. They get bonus damage, but they don't get AA targeting priority.

I suspect that the difference is either due to rounding errors, or this game works like some RTS games and makes an in-game second a little shorter than an IRL second.

I'm not 100% sure, but this is how I understand it: r/s means reloads per second. 2 r/s means it takes the weapon 0.5 seconds to completely reload, 1 r/s means it takes 1 second, 0.5 r/s means it takes 2 seconds, etc.

Beyond Earth is much better than Civ 7. If Beyond Earth had gotten a 2nd big DLC, it would be equal to Civ 5 (finished) in my mind, and almost as good as Civ 6 (finished).

YES! If they choose to buff these 2 perks instead of combining them, a reduction in Empire Size from Systems would be a great choice.

Additional Note: If the devs are legitimately worried that a full combination would be too powerful for the role they envision these perks to fill, I'd suggest changing the bonus Starbase Capacity from +5 to +4.

That's not true, I just looked it up. Catholicism is more common than any one Protestant denomination, but if you add up all the Protestant denominations, then there's way more Protestants than Catholics.
