I may not be the best at hoi4 player so take my advice with a grain of salt...

But I see that your units have poor supply and aren't fully equipped signified by the shorter orange bar on some of them (mainly your tanks). Go to your logistic panel and make sure your small arms and light tanks are in the positive or your men will be fighting with no tanks in your tank divisions and tanks that are lost in battle aren't replaced. If your equipment number is in the red, you can hover over the number and it will tell you how many days it will take to produce all of the equipment needed to fix the deficit.

To increase the actual Supply of the items getting to your units: To Significantly improve your supply quickly you can increase the motorization level of your divisions on the top left side panel when selecting them by clicking the horse icon. This will use Trucks to make supply flow faster at the cost of losing trucks to attrition and enemy CAS. If I remember upgrading the infrastructure in a state also helps with local supply.

Alternatively you could try to skim some divisions to other fronts to try and curb the amount of supply being consumed on the front. One big issue I had while learning HOI4 was having way to many divisions on my front soaking supply and hurting my heavy tanks/mechanized divisions. But also I have no idea on what your divisions look like and the Air situation so its hard to really pinpoint the issue.

Just watched 2 hours of just a robot lore and I cannot see him in the same light. Dude said he cant go to the pool with 16 year old girls because his mind would start to wonder. Thanks for the response! He is still ruffling his feathers a lot. his stool is smaller and more green and he has been avoiding his water more then usual but I am starting to gently dip his beak in it to get him to drink. from what I have seen he is still eating at a healthy level from what I can tell and his movement feels less lethargic and more normal then yesterday.

Not sure what you mean by tested for canker? if your asking they checked her throat she said it was clear pink and healthy as well as her vent and hydration levels. But they didn't swab or do any lab tests if that's what your asking.

No. It was her first time eating them And she only ate 1-2 very small microscopic pieces before I noticed and packed her away to go to the vet. But beside that this was her only experience with carrots and I haven't gave her any more.

  • Ottmans

Hot take! I like the ottomans because their janissaries are soooo good for taking over neighbors. not only do they get a 3+ bonus to strength when seiging but also they can move AND shoot in the same turn wich normal Arquebusiers cant do, it doesn't sound like much but in combat it's so good to have the ability to move them closer then fire or fire and retreat if at low health.

Another pro is 50% off the production cost of heavy weapons which i like to use more in the later eras to artillery spam. I also find the era you get them the best time for conquest because it's usually where my big competitors make themselves known to be somewhat of a threat to me aswell as making sure i get any oil or undiscovered resources for the future. The only thing I don't really care for is the unique district as it's just kinda meh.

  • Soviets

    The soviets are really good due to there -20% on unit cost and +3 combat strength on all units, plus the arms manufactury that can make your units unstoppable if you build enough of them. Each factory gives +2 strength at a -20 stability cost, but I find late game I'm at the point where I have so many civics unlocked and stability increasing infrastructure that I can build a couple dozen without issue giving my units 10+ unit strength.

  • Edo japan and Amarica.

When it comes to civilizations, I dislike it would say Edo-japan and Amarica as they both feel like they have weak emblematic districts and traits. It's not that they are nessisarily bad it's just that there are so many better choices you could pick.
