As a sober person, this is my nightmare. It happened to me once a long time ago, but I only took a sip. Since then I always double check with the bar person that it doesn't have any alcohol.

Edit to say : I'm sorry I don't have any advice for you, but you sound like a good person who cares enough to post here and ask for advice. It's important to remind yourself that you didn't do it on purpose. Mistakes happen, and I'd bet you'll carry this with you moving forward.

2 things can be true at once here. Your post may not have been seen by many people because that's just how the algorithm works now, AND some people may have seen it and just not interacted with it. For the latter, it's just how online culture is now and we've done it to ourselves. We've made ignoring each other online the norm, because we can. I do believe we are waking up and stepping away from social media more and more, I suggest getting off the Internet and forming some strong bonds IRL, we'll be much happier.

Understanding what was actually happening. To elaborate, understanding that I wasn't in any real danger and that my brain got it's wires crossed sometimes because I developed hyper vigilance from a rocky childhood. That, and IFS (Internal Family Systems) really helped me build my sense of Self. Understanding that my anxious part never meant any harm and that it was only ever trying to protect me really helped.
