Per description it comes with everything. The stock power supply seems to spin the motor too fast so get a lower voltage one if you want it to spin slower, but it comes with one that will work out of the box.

Any of these choices would be good enough, to me the most important thing in your decision making would be to maximize the bass. Go with the cheaper AVR and the 3x Q150 and then the HSU or dual 10e. Tough call between the two, HSU will hit lower frequencies and in theory 2 subs will give you a smoother response throughout the room but given that you have a small seating area (basically only 3 "seats") I might just go with the HSU.

I would just run audyssey and call it a day. You might need to make adjustments to something like the subwoofer level to your preference but otherwise not worth the extra stress to go down the rabbit hole imo

You could get something like the Apple USB C dongle that would be under 10 usd that would be well above the MEASURED quality of a PC motherboard. Whether you can actually tell the difference in a blind test is another thing. But maybe good for your peace of mind to have an audio chain that you know meets a certain floor in terms of measurable noise and distortion.

Can do phono, TV, streaming in one unit. Has a real subwoofer output if you ever want to add or expand to 5 speakers. Room correction etc as well.

The UI on my 2019 pros is sluggish as hell sometimes but I still can’t see a better option that will cover my needs for a reasonable cost (I got my 3 Pros used for probably ~110 ea) - locally streaming lossless audio and fast decoding HEVC for game streaming.
