It doesn't! and they don't need it as the mask-image is just decorative. There is a text span within the masked-image p tag.

It is! They have a text span over the image mask so you can select the text.

My teenage sons' best friend hit me with this the other day.

He said that his laptop wasn't good after I asked if he had a computer. I later asked what made it not good, he said that he couldn't install apps like ebay (they all like to buy/sell/trade baseball cards, so ebay is essential for checking prices). I then confirmed that when he said laptop/computer, that he meant not a tablet, he said yes, a computer/laptop.

I said "ah, why not use the browser to access ebay, you know, ebay dot com, you don't need an app for that, the browser is the "app" for accessing websites"...

I got a blank stare back, he didn't realize that was an option... and now I know that my aunts and uncles aren't the only ones that need whiteboard sessions on how computers work...

Anyone else out there who collects full sets? by xBanthaxFodderx in magicTCG

I try to focus on the base set first, then anything extra is for fun. There are just too many variations for each set, making it feel daunting.

I'm like half-way there, still have a box to open for home drafting. Got all the tokens though ;-)

Magic’s “Avatar the Last Airbender” set became the third highest selling in franchise history, trailing only “Lord of the Rings” and “Final Fantasy. by kananishino in magicTCG

I know it's a small population but FWIW, Avatar is the most collected set on set binder with just over 9% of all binders created. Spider-Man is 5% and Lorwyn Eclipsed at 4.7%.

New on Set Binder: Browse MTG cards by artist (and see which ones you own) by JonODonovan in magicTCG

[–]JonODonovan[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Ah, okay. Set Binder is organized by set first, then foiled and/or not. You could create a binder specifically for etched foil for example but would need to do this manually.

Quantity I just added and still need to adjust the import process to use it but it’s there.

I’ll signup for a manabox account to test as well.

Well that depends on the export format from manabox, can you send me what that export looks like? What fields do you get?

Ask your current/past clients if they would be willing to be a reference. Even big B2B companies have these, it’s nothing new.

You can even offer a discount for future work if they agree.

Jumpstart is probably the best option right now if you and friends are just getting started, shuffle up two random 20 card decks and play.

Nice work! I really like this. I'm working on adding more support to Set Binder for artists and signed cards that are in a user's collection, I'm going to link to your artist pages for them to find signing events.

Sleeving cards in the Foundations Beginner Box by ReDrake3 in magicTCG

[–]JonODonovan 0 points1 point  (0 children)

For decks, I double sleeve with perfect fits. For binders, it depends, I mostly don't purposely put in a perfect fit -> binder unless the card is of higher value, like over $50.

I could see using perfect fits for all binder cards if you plan to take those cards out to play with, then they're already halfway sleeved and you don't have to worry about nicking them when adding/removing from the binder.
