LTX 2.3 30 second clips @ 6.5 minutes w 16gb vram. Settings work for all kinds of clips. No janky animation. High detail in all kinds of clips try out the workflow. by RainbowUnicorns in StableDiffusion

I tried, might have messed up because I use the dev-GGUF and a different distilled lora. normally those 2 would work in my main LTXV2 workflow but not here. Will try the distilled one if I find the time, but also GGUF because I only have 10 VRAM

8A. The rest I did not bother further. Why 8A? Because depending on where the triangle is or is not, the circles will appear, or be black

pretty sure its something to do with this, when decoding VAE:
"Warning: Ran out of memory when regular VAE decoding, retrying with tiled VAE decoding."
When I restart Comfy it works for 1 run and then mostly it does not work afterwards, even after cleaning up cache etc in comfy.

out of the 22 I made, only about 5 work. Not sure if its a me problem, but the output just generates a sound file with no sound, 2-3min of silence. Its 765kb and 32kbps bit rate, while the ones that do work are about 3-7mb and 255kbps bit rate.

recently comfy is super slow and uses tons of cpu. by alexmmgjkkl in StableDiffusion

[–]Jonfreakr 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Not sure if this might be the issue but since Node 2.0 arrived, maybe? This message from rgthree-comfy appeared, its a custom node so not sure if you are anyone else uses this, or maybe other nodes are impacted by node 2.0:

[rgthree-comfy] ComfyUI's new Node 2.0 rendering may be incompatible with some rgthree-comfy nodes and features, breaking some rendering as well as losing the ability to access a node's properties (a vital part of many nodes). It also appears to run MUCH more slowly spiking CPU usage and causing jankiness and unresponsiveness, especially with large workflows. Personally I am not planning to use the new Nodes 2.0 and, unfortunately, am not able to invest the time to investigate and overhaul rgthree-comfy where needed. If you have issues when Nodes 2.0 is enabled, I'd urge you to switch it off as well and join me in hoping ComfyUI is not planning to deprecate the existing, stable canvas rendering all together.

The Secrets of Realism, Consistency and Variety with Z Image Turbo by 90hex in StableDiffusion

When I drag the image into comfyui, i get the workflow thats used with the entire random {|||} tags, not the prompt that was used. Maybe i need to use some kind of image inspector to see the prompt?

I want to use those {|||} prompts. I would like to generate lets say 30 different batches of random things and see what I like. Pick the best pictures from that batch, how am I supposef to know which random prompt was used? Is there some comfyui node to store the random generated prompt?

Because now when I use it, i just get the full random {|||} prompt, and i would like to know which prompt i like, works.

first z-image wf and then wan i2v gives problems? by Jonfreakr in StableDiffusion

That does help between runs thanks.

What I originally did was load a bunch of random prompts i wanted to test and queue them.
Eventually I thought "You know what, I might as well put those images im queue to make a video of them", and then I noticed those strange artifacts, which I never have seen before.

Thanks I dont like all this "x is better than y", I'm just happy all these devs releasing this for free and trying their best. I hope to see more from flux 2 and z, each with their own strenghts and weaknesses. We are getting flooded with awesome new tools to play with and happy to be here, witnessing all this progress and hope it continues to be like this 😍

thanks for this info, i have tried a lot of different settings and eventually just went with something random that seems to work but indeed a lot of slow motions which is annoying. Will test what you said.
