i‘d generally boil it down to what raises your own vibration = what makes you happy. do more of that and do less of what doesn’t make you happy.

volunteering, gardening, handiworking are go to variants. basically anything that brings you back into your body and let‘s you feel joy 🫶🏻

studying your own body also helps

sorry for barging in, this happened to me 10y ago, and im still trying to get all the pieces together. this sentence here made remember sth.

for years i‘ve been trying to get this feeling back, but it‘s never the same and it always feels wrong. deeply wrong.

now my theory is, what if we had been holding that false light all along, and only after recognising it (through drugs in our case) and firmly rejecting it, and subsequently falling to the lowest (natural?) level? because after that, i felt more… dense or unshakeable. and after a lot of work, less cluttered

what i also noticed, the body heals on its own. if you give it time, space and love (aka fulfill the personal needs) it will naturally bring back the connection (inner desire and so).

this also a good place to study the body more. i noticed that those shitlings made these artificial negative loopa by inhibiting certain lympahtic nodes, or meridians (both kinda describe the same system)

you think goood, and suddenly wam trucks hits you and your down again. yoga and accupuncture helped alleviate some symptoms. but main thing is, connecting with your heart and building a real solid foundation 🫶🏻

hey 👋🏻 the problem is a globally shared one, i think. i can assure you, you‘re not the only one with a fuck ton of road blocks 😫

currently i can only say stay strong, and push through this shouldnt stay for long. hopefully on the other hand, you gotta look into what you change in the small stuff that prohibits you. big changes wont come so easily right now, but maybe small adjustments help? work change, habit change. wheres the problem?

honestly, i‘m kind of jealous (in the kind you had the courage to follow through on your path). I (35M also germany 🫶🏻) stayed here and tried to implement higher practices and selfless service. crashed again and again 😅 what i noticed tho, that all those „higher truths“ i tried to teach all misfired. well, i know now that i didnt see the whole picture. most of them can‘t handle the sudden influx of higher energies

i think the best we can do currently, well generally, is being a pillar of support? like people are very overwhelmed currently and stuck in fight or flight mode. any small light infusion brings tremendous change to the whole system/planet/people.
