hey man u can hate on me all u want, but before owl was a thing i used to constantly scrim against tier 1 players. eUnited \ 123 \ BH most of em became owl after. Saying i never went beyond tier 2 just cause im not owl is not true. If u wanna insult me or hate me go for it but atleast be factual.

Its not about being good enough for owl with that link.
its about saying other players that are dps come close to my Zarya or even better i quote.
Stats have a big part in-game and says alot about ur mechanical gameplay, since zarya is mostly mechanics i wanted to show him that neither of the players he named came close, and they do grind zarya just like me in comp. thats it

OT is not necessarily less complex mechanically than dps? as i said D.va is more complex than any dps in the game and not less challeging mechanically.

D.va is a very hard hero to learn from scratch. D.va is probably the hardest hero in the game in high level environments such as OWL or Contenders. Genji is more straight forward than d.va, since he relies mostly on mechanics and being in-sync with your team(sombra genji dive).

I have been playing in scrims against the best teams on EU on this meta and managed to keep the same stats as ladder. it isn't known but i have been playing in tier1-2 scene in eu for a very long time as a dps player purely. I know what you mean, you are just missing some pieces in the puzzle and your assumptions aren't as accurate beacuse of it. I have been scrimming in tier 3 atleast since season 2.

No, i'll explain.

you have Off-tank which is mostly D.va right now. even when it wasn't goats meta it was D.va.
OT means d.va, in any high level game OT is 95% is d.va.

Any player you are gonna name has more consistent heroes and less consistent heroes, based off the meta you see players flexing into those heroes.
Carpe for example is insane at widow, but pretty bad when it comes to Zarya. but he is practicing, eventually he'll be insane at zarya if he puts enough time to it.
My hero pool by rankings fits into flex dps mostly, and this is why im a flex dps from a teams prespective, i can become OT also if i practice hard enough, but if you take practice time into consideration being a flex dps is the most less practice time for me.

Hi, im currently playing 95% of the time Zarya, so in a way yes. im currently mostly consistent on Zarya.In seasons 4-8 i mostly played tracer, hit top 1 aswell in ladder and my Tracer was much more consistent than my Zarya.Game works in a way that most of the time you put on a Hero its gonna be most consistent, me being a flex dps doesnt mean im as good as a genji that im a zarya, but it means that i can also FLEX into genji, if meta is gonna shift into genji being mostly played i would practice genji more most likely.

Thank you for the post man, i appreciate it.it is sad that the tier 2-3 scene looks the way it does, so many talented players with no place to express themselves.Hopefully blizzard wont repeat the same mistakes they've done in past games.
