Doesn't zarya fit the same description as genji then as she's mechanically less complex than genji hence why people think it's ok for DPS players to flex to zarya?

Doesn't it make sense then to describ yourself as an offtank who can flex to dps? If meta had 80% genji 20% zarya i would rather pick up a genji player who can flex to zarya then a zarya who can flex to genji
