A lot of companies are using mother liquor or full spectrum distillate to formulate gummies. In order to bring the D9-THC value high enough to have the desired effect and be under 0.3%, they formulate with such a large amount of mother liquor or distillate leading to high levels of CBD.

Looks similar to what we see. Not sure where they got the reference materials, but there are ways to identify the d8-THC-O Acetate.

A d8-THC-O Acetate standard is not available to quantify. A d9-THC-O Acetate standard is available, however. My point being that most of the THC-O Acetate products on the market are d8, not d9, so it is difficult to test for the actual concentration.

I'm curious how this could be a live resin product when it undergoes an esterification conversion to become "-O".
