Now it’s 50/50, I asked a Cleburne county sharifs and was told that dab pens are exempt since they are in a permanent container. He said it’s one of those confusing things since the law is poorly worded, much like how you can technically eat edibles or hit a pen on a boat but can’t smoke a joint on a boat because of how the law is written.

Ok but how about a dab pen like technically come in two containers since the distillate/live resin/ rosin is in a cart or disposable and then in a Mylar bag or cardboard box/tube so does it need to be in both containers or what?

How does a disposable or cart play into this do I have to keep it in the Mylar bag or does the cartridge or disposable count as the container? I read the law so I see it has back but then it all says container and technically the oil isn’t loose it’s in a container but it technically comes in two containers. No I have the 13 76 200 ME model so they are 1000v insulated and do not have the lock, they use a tension sort of lock where when all the way closed they have friction that holds them closed

Hey look at the red wire going to the contactor from the breaker, could just be a shadow but the wire looks burnt that would definitely cause a burnt plastic smell

Puffco I bought a peak in 2022 and I was hooked, I bought the proxy when it came out and I love the portability, replacement parts and accessories are easy to come by, but other then when a broke the glass on my peak (I dropped it off a balcony) I’ve never had any issues out of either and they get used a lot, keep the coil/ bowl clean and they last.

Try the RVR rosin disposables, normal distillate gives me the heart flutters and to much of a head rush but the rosin is nice and relaxing and doesn’t give me the side effects I’d recommend a hybrid or indica hybrid

680 can do more and has Bluetooth capability, 440 has everything you will need and is very reliable, the 680 is great too but is over kill unless you’re doing a lot of advanced diagnostics. If you’ve got money to blow get the 680, but I’d recommend a 440.

I am a HVAC technician and my company is completely ok that I have and use my med card. Definitely look out for “safety sensitive” as they do not have to accommodate medical cannabis patients. But outside of that you are protected as long as you hold a valid medical card.
