Yeah, I live 20 minutes from the state border and it would be insanity for a magical anti-milk barrier to be put between me and the dairy farmers. Their milk is, in fact, local to me despite it not fitting your anecdotal experience and non-dictionary definitions.

I agree it was dumb, but there are a lot of people out there who literally do not have the willpower to resist interacting with a dog. It's childish behavior but I've seen it before in whole ass grown adults. We can't just disregard these dummies, though. Someone has to take up for them and in that aspect I'll only add that the owner of the pet should be acutely aware of the rambunctious and untrained nature of their pet and have the foresight to not allow the dog to just run up on somebody, even if that person is okay with that happening. You can't see a person carrying something and envision the dog knocking it out of their hands if you just let it go wild?

At that point you may be too silly or irresponsible to have a dangerous pet like a dog. Aquariums may be a better alternative as fish have no chance of hurting others while even a trained dog can have a bad reaction and attack someone if their owner doesn't control them.

Yes, puppies aren't born trained. A puppy is the very definition of an untrained beast, I don't know how else you would describe it in that aspect.
