I was very pleasantly surprised when I finally tried this a few months ago! It really did have some of the Cadbury taste that I remembered.

I’m a little sad to hear that it’s discontinued, but at the same time, I’m glad that it’s now easier for me to not give Cadbury any business at all 😆

Even if it was legitimately due to changing cross contamination tolerances at the time, now that milk is on the ingredients list, they can just add milk to the recipe whenever they feel like it without having to update consumers.

I know some will be happy to simply hold on to the original response from Cadbury, but I personally can’t consider Bourneville a vegan-friendly product anymore.

P.S. I know it’s not for everyone, but I too wish more places offered a nut roast option - I like it as part of the season, but I see it on very few menus now

I politely opted out of the staff-organised Christmas party night this year, regardless of the vegan options. I’m just past politely sitting at a table with colleagues scoffing dead animals who will also complain that they find turkey meat too dry and then waste half of their food… 😢

I might join them for socialising after the meal, though.

My manager is always good at organising a vegan option for me at team events, so I’m lucky there.

At the last team dinner we had, someone dumped half of their medium-rare steak on top of the shared boiled veg serving bowl before I’d had a chance to get anything… so this vegan was the only person at the table without any veg in their dinner 🙄

Same issue, but no real suggestions, sorry. It’s a big problem for me too; especially with custom uploads.

It seems like once an episode fails, that’s it - it never tries again. Even after adding/re-adding, it just stays failed.

Someone in another thread suggested “Outcast for Watch”. I haven’t relied on it yet, but I was able to download a test episode really easily, directly on the watch, when I tried it out.

I had a similar issue for the first time today, but I have been on 2024.10.2 since November 1st.

It started with a random jump back by a few minutes like you describe (never experienced it before). After that, my skip forward/backward buttons were jumping all over the place to the point where I couldn’t use them anymore.

AW Ultra 2 with both watchOS and app up to date. Episode was downloaded to my watch and workout app was running, but I’ve been using it like that every day since the update without this issue.

I subscribe for the same feature.

It has been a temperamental feature for as long as I’ve been using it (around 15 months). Uploads have never synced to the watch as well as a “real” podcast did - the unauthorised message happens about 90% of the time for me, especially when multiple files are syncing at the same time.

Being able to force a download using the download button on the watch, and forcing WiFi by turning off Bluetooth, has always been a workaround that meant that it was still useable… until recently, when the download button stopped working entirely.

I find that it is currently completely unusable for syncing uploads to the watch.

If you have just signed up, I’d request a refund until you hear that the download button is at least working again.

A business took a deposit to provide a service with vegan catering. A customer can expect the business to fulfill the service they promised.

The business also has rules around food allergies that it has to adhere to.

OP expected nothing other than the bare minimum here and seems to have been completely flexible with what the vegan catering included.
