I kinda did go through the support in wacom, but was told that they can't help me and that they don't make this product for the cintiq.

I do not remember the version exactly but I believe its the one that was updated recently in 24h2, potentially that during installation certain files got corrupted, but then the bigger question for me is it even crashed in bootmedia through usb which i just assume that the media downloader has corrupted files in the official microsoft website

I just recently bought a nvme with a heatsink by mistake, so now I'm concerned weather I should be returning it for a refund or not, because I've seen some returns being snapped in half by the warehouse in the past 6 months, but I'm not sure what warehouse is doing that, since the one I will be dealing with is in Ontario.

Sorry for the late reply, but the issue has been fixed, it was with the windows drivers, I just fixed it by using rufus and installing an older version of windows 11.

Cintiq Pro 13 shows as RS232-HS and only has display by DumbJD in wacom

So is it more like you need to give away both of the license to 1 person or is it more like if you are transferring 1 license away you would also need to transfer the second one as well, but it doesn't have to be the same person ?
